These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by Clean Planet KG.

2. Services

Clean Planet KG provides cleaning services including, but not limited to:

Regular home cleaning

Deep cleaning

Move-in / move-out cleaning

Office cleaning

The exact scope of services is agreed individually with the customer.

3. Booking and Contract

A contract is formed when a booking is confirmed by Clean Planet KG via email, phone, or website.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are agreed in advance or based on our pricing list

Payment is due after service completion unless otherwise agreed

We accept bank transfer, cash, or other agreed payment methods

In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Late cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service price

No-shows may be charged 100% of the agreed price

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must:

Provide access to the premises at the agreed time

Ensure safe working conditions

Inform us about special requirements or risks

7. Liability

We are liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damages

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by improper instructions

Any damages must be reported within 24 hours after service.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:

The environment is unsafe

There is inappropriate behavior

The agreed conditions are not met

9. Data Protection

Customer data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Austrian law.

The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
