What types of cleaning do you offer?
Regular upkeep, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out, post-renovation, window cleaning, and furniture and textile care — for restaurants, hotels, gyms, offices, and private apartments and houses. If your case is unusual, ask; custom plans are ordinary work for us.
How do I book?
Build your cleaning online and see the exact price in under a minute, or reach us by phone and WhatsApp at +43 660 963 20 35. For offices and larger sites, write to us and we prepare a tailored quote. Either way, the time, scope and fixed price are confirmed before anyone arrives.
Which areas do you serve?
For businesses: all of Austria. For private homes: Vienna, Lower Austria, Burgenland, Linz and its surroundings, and Carinthia. Unsure whether you are covered? Send your address and we confirm.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every member of the team is trained, insured and background-checked, and we carry liability insurance for the work we do in your space. The same standard applies to a private apartment and a hotel floor.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients arrange access and return to a finished space. We agree entry and any instructions in advance, and treat your keys and your space with care. If you prefer to be there, that is welcome too.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Tell us within 24 hours and we return to put it right. You reach a person, not a queue — usually within the hour — and we take responsibility for the outcome.
How does the ALL-IN subscription work?
Choose your rhythm and pay per visit: every week (€105), every two weeks (€111) or every four weeks (€117). Each visit is a full home clean with deep cleaning included, VAT included — the more often we come, the less each visit costs. Need a different schedule, a larger home or an office? We build a custom plan with a fixed quote. Cancel anytime, from the next cycle.
How do I pay?
After the work is done — bank transfer, cash, or another method we agree on. The price is fixed in advance, so the invoice never surprises you. For businesses, we set up regular billing to match your schedule.
